Is a device to solve some problems with cars that are hard to start in cold weather. This has nothing to do with the main project here (about the injectors and the pulse expanding).

A Preheater can be useful for them who live in cold places and need to use extraordinary methods to bring a car to start. I think the illustration describe pretty well how it will function? Its two timer controlled switches, one for high power applications and one for inductive loads. The circuits is adapted to work after the circumstances the picture shows but can certainly being arranged in some other way too.
