My breakfast: a serving of oatmeal + Semper skimmed milk. This gives with my vitamin and mineral tablet approx 400 mg calcium. Then I covered up half the daily rate without pills backup. After breakfast: a capsule Kalcium 800 or equivalent 2 ml self-made calcium citrate. In the evening: 2 ml again or one more Kalcium 800.

In the morning at breakfast: half a glass of orange juice laced with lemon juice and half a teaspoon of Mineral Drops therein, simultaneously with a large vitamin tablet, which I crush gently between my teeth and let the juice rinse down the remains - quickly and smoothly.

At every meal: a Ledizym and at lunch also MSM. A dash of lemon juice squeezed from lemon or citrus fruits go down willy-nilly. In the evening (sometimes): one tablespoon of pumpkin seeds for natural magnesium, zinc and selenium.

Butter, plain old cream, if necessary milk (no intermediates), cod liver, coconut and flaxseed oil - is what is applicable.
